[Finally a face that he remembers. Nobody is keeping track of little Latvia? [That is alarming. What if the nation manages to get trapped in a garage and can't get out? If cats can get into trouble that way, surely the shortest Baltic has no issues with it. Someone should know the boy's whereabouts (and clearly, Russia will fix this.]

Well Latvia is capable of taking care of himself. He always has been.
